SUPERFOOD PROTEIN BARS

WHAT YOU NEED

  • ½ cup oats

  • ½ cup oats blended into flour

  • 3 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • ½ - ¾ cup almond milk

  • ½ cup goji berries

  • 1 cup crushed cashews

  • ¼ cup cacao nibs (optional)

WHAT TO DO

Blend the oats into flour.

Mix all the oats and protein powder together.

Add the almond milk slowly until the ingredients gathers together. (You might not need all of the almond milk).

Add the goji berries and cashews and stir gently together.

Pour the dough into a silicone-baking tray.

Cool in the freezer for 2 hours.

Melt the cacao nibs.

Take out the cake and cut into bars and top with the melted cacao nibs (optional) some more goji berries and cashews.

Let them set in the fridge for 1 hour more

Cut into piecess and enjoy.

Afterwards best stored in the fridge.
