WHAT YOU NEED
3 handfuls of fresh spinach leaves
1 egg or 2 eggwhites
1/3 cup oat flour or oatmeal grounded into flour
1 tbsp nutbutter or 14 almonds grounded ino flour
WHAT TO DO
Mix all the ingredients together in a blender.
Make them on a pan with coconutoil on middle heat.
TIPS AND TRICKS
Top them with yogurt, fruit or nutbutters.
