WHAT YOU NEED

  • 1 can of chickpeas

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 small banana

  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil

  • ½ cup almond flour

  • ½ cup oat flour

  • 1 tbsp vanilla powder

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • ½ cup cacao nibs

 

WHAT TO DO

Rinse and drain the chickpeas.

 

In a food processor mix the chickpeas with the banana until it got a smooth consistence.

 

Mix the dry ingredients together and add the chickpea dough, the eggs and the coconut oil.

 

When everything is mixed add in the cacao nibs and stir together with a spoon.

 

Prepare a cooking tray with parchment paper. Shape the dough into cookies.

 

Bake in the oven at 175°C for 20 min, until they turn golden brown on top.
