PEANUT

BUTTER

CUPS

WHAT YOU NEED

CHOCOLATE

  • 1 cup coconut oil

  • 3/4 cup raw cocoa powder

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla 

PEANUT BUTTER FILLING

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • A pinch of salt

WHAT TO DO

Melt the coconut oil on low heat and mix it with the cocoa powder. Add the honey and vanilla and mix everything.

 

Pour the chocolate into silicone cups, only 1/3 of the cup should be filled.

 

Freeze the cups for about 15 min until they’re firm.

 

Mix Peanut butter with honey and a pinch of salt if your peanut butter isn’t with salt already.

 

Take out the cups and pour 1 tbsp peanut butter into the cups.

 

Freeze again for around 15 min until the peanut butter is firm.

 

After add the rest of the chocolate on the last 1/3 part of the cups and freeze for 3-4 hours to set.

Take out anf enjoy!

 

TIPS AND TRICKS

I topped mine with some crushed peanuts and a little dark chocolate for decoration.

Afterwards best stored in the fridge.
