WHAT YOU NEED
BASE

½ cup almonds

½ cup walnuts

½ cup oats (blended into flour)

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp honey
WHAT TO DO
Mix everything together in a foodprocessor and place in a baking tray. Place the tray in the freezer while yo make the middle layer.
MIDDLE LAYER

12 pitted dates
-
3/4 cup peanuts
-
2 tbsp coconut oil
-
2 tbsp almond butter
-
2 tbsp milk
WHAT TO DO
Mix everything together in a foodprocessor expect the peanuts.
Mix it for a few minutes for a creamy consistence. After pour in the peanuts and stir gently.
Take out the base from the freezer and add the middle layer on top and put it back in the freezer while you make the chocolate topping.
CHOCOLATE TOPPING

2 tbsp honey
-
3 tbsp cacao powder
-
2 tbsp coconut oil
WHAT TO DO
Melt the coconut oil and add the remaining ingredients. Mix everything in a foodprocessor.
Take the cake out of the freezer and add the topping and top it with nuts.
Let the cake set for 30 min more before you take out and enjoy.
TIPS AND TRICKS
