RAW ESPRESSO BROWNIES

WHAT YOU NEED

BASE

  • 1 cup almonds or 2-3 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 cup pitted dates

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

  • 3 tbsp cacao powder

  • 2 tsp coffee granules

  • 1 tsp vanilla powder

  • 1/3 cup walnuts

 

WHAT TO DO

Pulse the walnuts in a food processor, just a little so they still stay chunky.

Mix all the ingredients together in a food processor except the walnuts.

After you’ll add in the walnuts gently and stir.

Press mixture into a silicone baking tray and store in fridge while you make the icing.

ICING

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • 4 soaked dates

  • 3 tbsp cacao powder

  • 2 tbsp honey

WHAT TO DO

Melt the coconut oil.

Afterwards add all the ingredients into a food processor and blend.

Pour over the base and place in freezer for 30 min to set.

Take out and enjoy!

TIPS AND TRICKS

Afterwards best stored in the fridge.
