WHAT YOU NEED

  • 1 1/2 cup pitted dates

  • 1 cup cashews 

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1 tbsp coconut

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

 

WHAT TO DO

Blend the pumpkin seeds and cashews in a foodprocessor.

Add the remaining ingredients and blend well.

Press the dough into a silicone baking tray and freeze for 1 hour.

Cut into pieces and store the bars in the frigde

TIPS AND TRICKS

Top with melted chocolate, pistachios and shredded coconut.

Best stored in the fridge.
