WHAT YOU NEED

BASE

  • ¼ cup walnuts

  • ¼ cup pecans

  • ½ cup almonds

  • 14 dried figs (soaked for at least an hour)

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

 

WHAT TO DO

Blend the nuts well in a food processor, then add the dried figs and the coconut oil.

Place the base in a silicone pan and set to freeze while you make the icing.

ICING

  • 1 small ripe avocado

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 ½ tbsp almond butter

  • 2 tsp vanilla powder

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • A pinch of salt

WHAT TO DO

Mix all the ingredients together until it gets a smooth consistence.

Take out the base from the freezer and pour the icing over.

 

(Optional) Top the cake with crushed almonds and dark chocolate pieces.

Freeze for at least 1 hour before enjoying,

TIPS AND TRICKS

Afterwards best stored in the fridge.
