​​WHAT YOU NEED

BASE

  • 1 cup almonds or 2-3 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 cup pitted dates

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

  • 3 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla powder

  • 1/3 cup walnuts

WHAT TO DO

Pulse the walnuts in a food processor, just a little so they still stay chunky.

Mix the remaining ingredients together in a food processor except the walnuts.

When blended add the walnuts gently and stir together.

Press the mixture into a silicone baking tray and store in the fridge while you make the icing.

ICING

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • 4 soaked dates

  • 3 tbsp cacao powder

  • 2 tbsp honey

WHAT TO DO

Melt the coconut oil

When melted add all the ingredients in a food processor and blend together. 

Pour the icing over the base and place in the freezer for 30 min to set.

Tak out and cut into pieces. 

Enjoy!
