WHAT YOU NEED

  • 13 pitted dates (soaked for 1 hour)

  • 1 cup shredded coconut

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • ½ tsp vanilla

  • 1 tsp matcha powder

 

WHAT TO DO

In a food processor blend the dates and shredded coconut.

Add the remaining ingredients and blend until everything is mixed well.

Roll into small balls (about 6-8) and set in the fridge for 1 hour.

Take out and enjoy! 

TIPS AND TRICKS

Afterwards best stored in the fridge.
