Yummy yummy moist and super fudgy brownie to satisfy your biggest chocolate craving.

I like to top mine with some crunchy peanut butter and chopped 80% dark chocolate chunks.

 

 

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 medium size avocado

  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil

  • 3 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

  • ½ tsp baking soda

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ cup stevia sugar

  • ½ cup cacao powder

  • ¼ cup almonds blended into flour

  • ¼ cup oats blended into flour

 

WHAT TO DO

Blend the almonds and oats into flour in the food processor.
 

Pour the flour in a separate bowl and add cacao powder, baking soda, vanilla extract, stevia sugar and salt. Mix well.
 

Blend the eggs, avocado, coconut oil, honey and peanut butter in the food processor until it has a smooth consistency.
 

Add the ingredients from the food processor in the bowl with the dry ingredients. Mix well with an electric whisk.
 

Pour the dough into a silicone-baking tray and bake at 175°C for 18-20 minutes.
 

Let it cool off and enjoy!
