This must be one of my favorites! I love to treat myself with a piece and lots of strawberries on the side.
WHAT YOU NEED
1 can of black beans, drained and cleaned (around 240 grams)
3 tbsp oats
6 dried dates
6 tbsp cacao powder
4 tbsp honey
3 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp baking powder
A pinch of sea salt
WHAT TO DO
Blend the oats in a food processor until they turn into oat flour.
Add the oat flour in a separate bowl and blend the black beans and dates in the food processor until they’re blended well.
Add the oatmeal and the remaining ingredients and blend for a couple of minutes until the brownie texture is smooth.
Add the dough in a non-stick brownie pan or add coconut oil on the side of the pan if it’s a non-stick pan.
Bake at 175°C for 15 min and let them cool off for at least 30 min before you add chocolate.
Melt 2 pieces of 80% dark chocolate and add on top of the cake.
Cut into 8 pieces and add nuts or strawberries on top as a nice and delicious detail.
