BERRY PROTEIN PANCAKES
WHAT YOU NEED
1 scoop protein powder (strawberry flavor)
1 dl oats - blended into flour
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp liquid stevia
WHAT TO DO
Mix all the ingredients together in a blender.
Make them on a pan with coconutoil on middle heat.
TIPS AND TRICKS
On top I added mashed raspberries, skyr yogurt and blueberries.
