This banana cacao bread very delicious and satisfying, especially topped with some crunchy peanut butter, roasted coconut flaskes and cacao nibs. 

 

 

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 3 medium ripe bananas

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder 

  • 1 tsp vanilla powder

  • A pinch of salt

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal flour

  • 1/4 cup hempseeds

  • 8 pitted dates

  • 2 tbsp (or more if desired) cacao powder

 

WHAT TO DO

In a food processer mix bananas and dates.

Mix the remaining ingredients together separately.
 

Add the banana and dates to the remaining ingredients and stir well. 

Add the dough in a non-stick baking tray.

Optional: Cut a banana in half and place on top of the cake before you set in the oven.

Bake for 35-40 min at 175°C.

Let it cool off and store in fridge.
