
BANANA BREAD
A slice og banan bread can be enjoyed as the easy breakfast solution or as a healthier snack during the day.
Tastes amazing with peanut butter.
WHAT YOU NEED

3 medium ripe bananas

3 eggs
-
1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla powder

1-2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

A pinch of salt

1/2 cup coconut flour

1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 cup oatmeal flour
WHAT TO DO
Mash the bananas and add the remaining ingredients.
Stir together until it's mixed well.
Bake at 175 °C in an oven for 35-40 min.
Let it cool off and enjoy.
TIPS AND TRICKS
Store it in the fridge and over time it will turn it more moist.
