WHAT YOU NEED
1 cup almonds
1 cup cashews
½ cup coconut flour
4 dates (pitted and soaked in boild water for ½ hour)
1 tbsp acai powder
2 tbsp honey
1-2 tbsp açai powder to use as coating (optional)
2 pieces of 85% dark chocolate to drizzle over (optional)
WHAT TO DO
In a food processor blend the cashews and almonds until they turn into flour.
Add in the remaining ingredients and blend again until a smooth and sticky dough comes together.
Form balls with your hands and coat them with more acai powder (optional).
Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Take out and drizzle with dark chocolate (optional).
